Certification of personnel and certification of training courses
Personnel certification covers the following fields:
- industrial certification schemes for engineering and operating professionals in various industries;
- managerial certification schemes for managerial and executive positions related to the implementation , support and controll of management systems.
The service of personnel certification operates within The System of Personnel Certification of Certification Association “Russian Register” (hereinafter referred to as – “system”).
The main goal of the System: ensuring the tasks for training and evaluating personnel competence in various fields of economy.
Russian Register is a member of the International Personnel Certification Association (IPC).
IPC combines the world's leading personnel certification bodies that operate within the framework of Multilateral Recognition Arrangement (MLA) based on the requirements of the International Standard ISO 17024 “Assessment of conformity. General requirements for personnel certification bodies”. The process of certification includes the analysis and testing of candidate conformity with suitable requirements concerning their basic education and work experience, theoretical training and practical skills.
Today Russian Register can offer the following personnel certification schemes:
- certification of QMS internal auditors;
- certification of quality managers;
- certification of QMS leading auditors;
- certification of EMS internal auditors;
- certification of EMS leading auditors;
- certification of OHAS internal auditors;
- certification of OHAS leading auditors.
If necessary, or by the customer's request, Russian Register develops additional special requirements for personnel competence in accordance with internal tasks and needs of the Organization.

Students who successfully complete these courses, in future will have the opportunity to certify their competence in Russian Register and get a certificate of the member of the International Personnel Certification Association (IPC).
