Inspection

Сertification Аssociation «Russian Register» renders high-quality inspection services and survey service, fully satisfying the needs and expectations of customers (certificate of conformity of Russian Maritime Register of Shipping No. 06.00002.044 ССТ from December 01, 2006, URS 25760/A/0001/RU from May 03, 2007).

1. Survey servicing of maritime, river, railway and road transport:

  • independent examination of cargoes in the process of loading and unloading;
  • determination of quantity and quality of cargoes;
  • study of cargoes damage nature and extent;
  • development of recommendations aimed at commercial losses reducing;
  • services in monitoring/managing of warehouses and supervision over cargoes handling operations;
  • inventory of holdings (production stocks, finished products, goods etc.);
  • inspection of storage conditions of goods and property;
  • determination of hull structures defectiveness for all types of ships;
  • preparation of reports on thickness measurements;
  • coordination of obtained results on defectiveness determination with the Classification Society, with representatives of ship repair organizations and the customer;
  • control of cargo delivery to destination, monitoring of cargo safety on all stages of transportation, including its transshipment on the various transport vehicles, as well as those vehicles which are involved in transportation process.

Experts of the Association issue the following certificates and conclusions: on cargo loading, on characteristics of cargo at the moment of loading, on safe stowage of cargo and its strapping on a board; conclusions: on observance of IMDG rules for shipment of dangerous cargo, container loading by dangerous cargo, besides they develop and register multimodal declarations on dangerous cargoes in packing, declarations on sea shipping characteristics and safety conditions of liquid and bulk cargoes, and also advice, examine, organize registration and provide continual monitoring of substances safety passports.

2. Inspection control for customs purposes

  • description of the object;
  • determination of product code as per NGSFT (Nomenclature Goods Subject to Foreign Trade);
  • identification of imported / exported goods;
  • control the quantity and quality of exported or imported cargoes;
  • control of quantity and quality of cargoes on the instructions of the states-importers, applying pre
  • shipping control;
  • determination of product quality, pledged for the safe custody on force majeure;
  • determination of products quality indicators for the purpose of pre-export inspection.
